Stimela Mokoena
Founding Director
Stimela Mokoena is a corporate & commercial lawyer with
expertise advising domestic and international clients on mergers and
acquisitions, corporate governance, Black Economic Empowerment transactions,
takeovers, corporate re organisations, restructurings and joint
ventures. He has worked on transactions involving equity capital raisings
on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and on sophisticated cross border
acquisitions and disposals. His expertise includes transaction structuring
and implementation, including compliance with applicable securities laws and
the regulatory aspects of transaction implementation.
